Who runs this
Two people. Not a department.
Evan grew up around small business, watching his father spending a career in sales, serving business owners and building relationships that lasted long after the deal closed. Professionally, Evan has a specialized background in operations, marketing, and process improvement.
Kayla spent nearly a decade teaching special education. The patience and clarity that job demands didn't disappear when she left the classroom. It's the same energy she brings to a client's brand and marketing now: meet people where they are, and don't overcomplicate it.
While some projects only need one of us, we almost always work in tandem. That's the practical advantage of hiring two people instead of an agency with a rotating cast.
